Eric Borrenbergen joined the Boyden Belgian office in March 2010. He lives in Antwerp.

He has more than 25 years broad managerial experience at executive committee level in a worldwide international environment, as company lawyer and Human Resources Director. He focuses on searches of senior and top level executives for industry in general, with a particular knowledge of global Human Resources management, Legal Affairs, Business Administration, as well as of the Consumer Goods and Food Ingredients sectors.

Prior to joining Boyden, Eric was member of the executive committee and Group Human Resources Director of the Puratos Group, a Belgian worldwide B2B leader in Food Ingredients for the Bakery, Confectionery and Chocolate sector.

Before that, he had been:

- Group Human Resources Director of the Vandemoortele Group (Food products),

- Secretary General of the Swiss Sandoz Group (Pharmaceutical products, now Novartis and Chemicals products, now Clariant) in Belgium

- and Vice President Secretary General of the Continental Foods Group, a subsidiary of Campbell Soup in Europe.

Eric holds a Master Degree in Law from the University of Brussels.

He is fluent in Dutch, French and English, has a basic knowledge of German, as well as notions of Spanish.

He is member of Rotary International (Club Brussels Erasmus – President 2009-2010).
